Plateau

Introducing Olea, a masterwork of pared-back luxury on Collaroy's sought-after plateau. Perfectly perched moments from the sand, this residence draws on the sun-bleached elegance of a Mediterranean villa, reimagined for coastal Sydney living.

Venetian plaster walls catch the light in soft, textured waves, while limestone floors flow underfoot with a quiet, tactile warmth. Marble surfaces and brass fittings bring a refined richness to every space they touch — details that reward a closer look, and a life lived slowly.

The floor plan unfolds with an easy, generous flow, each room bathed in natural light and framed views of garden and sky. Here, indulgence is found not in excess, but in restraint — in the calm of a considered material, the warmth of a sculptural stair, the stillness of a home that never has to try.
