Nuebelle is led by Managing Director Stratton Thomas, a builder with a distinguished career delivering high-end and technically complex residential projects across Sydney.

Stratton oversees the operational and commercial performance of the business, and remains closely involved in every project from pre-construction to handover. His approach combines a builder's eye for detail with a clear commercial discipline: accurate costing and scope, tightly managed programmes and early identification of risk, so decisions are made with confidence and budgets hold.

He leads his team and consultants with clarity and purpose, keeping every phase coordinated and every stakeholder informed. It's a proactive, transparent way of working that protects both the quality of the build and the value of the investment.

For architects, he is a trusted partner who speaks their language. For clients, he is a builder who treats their home with the same care they would. For developers, he understands what makes a project succeed, on paper and on site.
