Minkara

Sunk into the crest of a hill above Pittwater, this Bayview home is built to hold its view close, every room angled to capture the water below, every space designed for the moments shared around it.

Expansive glazing wraps the upper level, drawing in uninterrupted views across Pittwater and letting the landscape spill into every corner of the home. A split-level plan steps down the hillside, separating the home into distinct wings — generous guest quarters set apart from the main living areas, giving both space and privacy their due. A warm, textured facade of timber and render sits easily among the surrounding bushland, grounding the home's contemporary form in its natural setting.
